Thai Bamboo can now cater our authentic Thai & Asian dishes for your special event. We have been catering on a limited basis for a couple years and with some large events under our belt such as weddings, business parties, and family gatherings, we are excited to grow this part of our business.

APPETIZERS

CHICKEN SATAY

Grilled chicken skewers marinated in Thai herbs & spices & served with our signature peanut sauce.

FRESH ROLL

Fresh vegetables, thin noodles & tofu, hand-rolled in rice paper. Served with a spicy peanut hoisin sauce.

TERIYAKI BEEF SKEWERS

Tender beef skewers marinated in teriyaki sauce and grilled. Garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Served with extra teriyaki sauce on the side.

FRESH FRUIT PLATTER

Watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, oranges, and strawberries garnished with mint.

SALADS

PAPAYA SALAD

Green papaya, diced Thai chili, fresh green beans, tomatoes, minced fresh garlic & peanuts tossed in a spicy lime dressing. Served on a bed of cabbage with green leaf lettuce.

YUM WOON SEN

Ground pork, wild shrimp & glass noodles mixed with onions, toasted peanuts & cilantro in a mildly spicy lime dressing. Served on a bed of shredded cabbage.

THAI LARB

Finely chopped chicken or pork in lime dressing with onions, cilantro & mint. Served on a bed of cabbage with green leaf lettuce.

GARDEN SALAD

Mixed greens, cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Served with a house-made ginger dressing.

NOODLES

PHAD THAI

(Choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork, Tofu or Mixed Veggies.) Stir-fried rice noodles & eggs in Thai Bamboo’s signature phad Thai sauce. Topped with ground peanuts & garnished with shredded cabbage & carrots.

PHAD WOON SEN

Glass noodles sauteed in a garlic sauce with egg, onion, cattrots, cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms, and broccoli.

TERIYAKI NOODLES

(Choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork, Tofu or Mixed Veggies.) Stir-fried yakisoba noodles with carrots, cabbage, zucchini & broccoli in Thai Bamboo teriyaki sauce. Topped with sesame seeds.

LO MEIN NOODLES

(Choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork, Tofu or Mixed Veggies.) Lo mein noodles stir-fried with sesame soy sauce, baby bok choy, carrots, cabbage, shitake mushrooms & onions.

ENTREES

FRIED RICE

(Choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork, Tofu or Mixed Veggies.) Jasmine rice stir-fried with egg, broccoli, carrots, cabbage & onion with Thai classic sauce. Topped with cilantro & garnished with cucumber slices.

RED CURRY

(Choice of chicken, tofu or veggies) Red curry with coconut milk, bamboo shoots, bell peppers & fresh Thai basil.

*Vegetarian yellow curry available upon request.

GARLIC DELIGHT

(Choice of chicken, beef, pork or tofu) Choice of protein sautéed in homemade garlic sauce. Served on a bed of steamed broccoli, zucchini, carrots & cabbage

GOLDEN CASHEW

TAKE-OUT

Includes pick-up of food items packaged in disposable serving containers. Disposable serving utensils, plates, napkins, and utensils available upon request. Delivery is available for an additional fee.

FULL SERVICE

Includes employee(s) for set-up, service & break-down of buffet line. Served buffet-style which includes buffet table with black linen, chafing dishes with sternos, serving utensils & serving plates/platters/bowls.

*Dinner plates, glassware & silverware available at an additional charge. Delivery within a 5 mile radius of Thai Bamboo North or Thai Bamboo Coeur D’Alene is complimentary. Delivery outside this radius is an additional fee.

Serving spoons, plates, forks, napkins or chopsticks are available upon request.
Soy sauce, Thai chili powder & Thai chili paste are available upon request.
